Best Header?

OK, simple question,

Where does one find the best deal on a dual outlet header for a 200? Also, I'm going to need a new clutch. I found a pretty good deal (approx $160.00) on a Falcon website for an 8 1/2" diaphragm clutch.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Try autozone for the clutch (local auto parts store). They might surprise you. As for any header deals, maybe used on craigslist and ebay, but for a fair price, try classicinlines.com

I have been very happy with the Pacemaker Header from Classic inlines. Spend the extra money and have it jet coated. Mine is 3 or 4 years old now and still looks new

Pacemaker from Mike, Classic Inline, just put a header on my 66 mustang. Slipped right in, no fuss. Don't look for the bargain, just buy Mikes. Believe me it easy, looks great, and sounds awesome!!

here are some photos for your enjoyment:http

if you want a good clutch, Mcleod is probably your best bet. I have been through far too much trouble with poor quality auto-zone & checker remanufactured clutches. The average pressure plate from AutoZone is not 100% true/ flat.I have not seen higher quality clutch components than Mcleod. They sell clutch components for all types of use, street or track.

We have three coating options now. Most companies offer headers either non-painted (DIY), a water based paint (which must be re-painted) or with high temp spray paint. We just started having our headers finished with a high temp powder coat, which cost a bit more but is much more durable. We also offer Jet-Hot ceramic coatings, in Sterling 2000 (similar to chrome) and a new Ford blue ($20 more than Sterling). Pictured below is the black powder coat and the Ford blue. Jet-Hot also coates the inside of the pipes with ceramic coating for improved flow and durability.

We highly recomend have them ceramic coated. Yes it cost more, but its well worth every penny. Any of my customers who purchased the ceramic coating can attest to that. We can also get them done in a light and dark gray, or copper, but they are special order. Jet-Hot is also working on a new Ford red, but its not available yet.

Never wrap your headers with header wrap, as it hold moisture and causes them to rust out prematurely. It helps cut heat, but its bad news. As I stated, we just started offering the high temp powder coat, so I have no reports back on how it holds up, but I'm sure its better than painted.
