WOW!!! That was an extremely over the top article!!!!
Let me see if I can make this a bit simpler. Get a nitrophyl Float((s)If using 4bbl). Remove choke horn with die grinder, smooth it out. Remove all choke linkages. Fill holes left from removing choke stuff with two part epoxy.....Thats about it. Much easier!!
Now for boost referencing...Thats a bit trickier. Go get a Carter Street fuel pump. This will flow the fuel needd for your turbo motor. Now, There are two boss's at the top of the "pump" area. You drill and tap one side of the pump, and thread in a nipple. This will boost reference your pump.
As a side, you MAY think that the 15PSI pump would be too much pressure for your carb, but when the pump is boost referenced, it does something cool. When your NOT under boost, and your under VACUUM, it pulls vacuum on teh pump too, and it makes less pressure. Very cool. No need for a boost referenced regulator, unless you have en electric pump only.
