just got my 200 back from the machinist (finally!) and he said he'd heard that it was best to use a light duty diesel oil for the first 100 miles because sulphurs and other additives have been removed from modern oils and they help to break in non-roller cams. any ideas/suggestions on this? he didn't really know what types/brands to recommend. is someone pulling his leg or does this make sense?
