Wanted Build sheet restoration

I don’t know it this is the place to post this or not, but, Looking for info on how to, or a service that restore, or salvage, a 55 yr old build sheet. It was under the dash taped to a wire loom. It’s pretty crispy so I don’t want to damage it any further. Any info on how to or who to contact would be appreciated!
