yes mate they are interchangeable and the mount is the same , the only difference between the BW35 and BW40 are a couple of internal parts to strengthen up the BW40

The upgrade EFI/ XF parts came out first on the autos behind the 304 AMC V8 engines. The little V8 in a Rebel gave the Series 40 upgrades a good workout.

BW parts never changed much from 1957, when the 35 first came out in Rambler Americans, to 1992, when the last Automatic utes were put out to pasture. Enjoy it!
