For the cable, the clutch pivot point needs to be moved from the outside of the bell, to the inside, opposite side. Then, you need a cable mount on the bell. You can see this mod on my site for the C7 bell. I briefly looked at doing this to the C6 bell, but immediately saw that one of the existing tranny bolt holes in the bell may interfere with the ball pivot mount. I did not bother to spend any more time with it.
You can always look at mounting a lever on the outside of the bell and using the cable clutch in the same fashion as the 4-cyl T-5 uses it.
Or, grab a '67 bell and modify it yourself using the same method I used on my site. If you are lucky enough to find an SROD bell, you can easily modify the bell to bolt up a T-5. Or, if you can find a T-4 bell (THEY DO EXIST FOR THE 200!!), the T-5 is a direct bolt up.
I believe that Moderndriveline is actually having a cable/T-5 bell cast for the 200. I don't know where he is in the process.
BTW, the adapter you need for that bell to bolt up a T-5 can be bought from Moderndriveline, but not quite yet. I'm finishing up that drawing for that one to give him this weekend.
