i am curious. you guys are alwasy talking about hot cams for the 223 but i have not been able to find them anywhere. where are you guys finding the hot rod cams for the 223?

both of them have cams for the 223, but a decent cam/crank capable machine shop (not all engine shops grind cams and or cranks...spendy machines) should be able to grind your stock cam as well.
