carb adaptor

Been looking at getting an adaptor to put the webber on my 1981 200ci tried langdons but cant seem to get a reply, found this on the summit catalouge and wondered if it was the same as the langdons 1, it looks the same

The problem with the Stovebolt adapter is that the Holley/Webber carb sits at an angle when mounted. I have both the Langdon Stovebolt adapter and the clifford adapter. The Clifford mounts the carb straight, and also has both a point to bolt linkage to, and a vacuum port.

Gee, those look similar. Need some measurements to be positive.

I'd take another run at Steve at Stovebolt before going to Summit. Summit has "fre shipping", but don't forget the $10 "handling charge" :roll:
