For sale is a Carter 1 Barrel carb pulled from a junkyard 1975 F250 with the 300. 300 was labeled as Heavy Duty, but did not have forged crank or HD exhaust. Asking $50 plus shipping from KS. Paypal preferred method of payment.
There was no remanufactured tag on it, nor was there the little metal tag seen on some carbs with a ford part number. Carter part #7051SA
Moving parts all move properly and there doesnt seem to be any end or axial play in the main throttle plate shaft. Throttle plate is a bit rusty though. Does include the small riser that fits between carb and intake, which i sandblasted to clean it up.
I cleaned the outside of the carb a bit with lacquer thinner just to find the numbers. It will need a full cleaning and rebuild.
