my tax return was $207 even, the total cost including shipping was $207.13. not necessarily 'cheap', but the cheapest i could find.

i expected an average quality kit with no name turbo mufflers (which i was probably going to get rid of, thinking the no names wouldnt sound good); but i have to say, i'm impressed. the pipes look good and so do the welds, and the mufflers turned out to be Cherry Bomb turbos, they should sound good (havent heard anything bad about them). ill post pics when my camera starts working again.

this is the cheapest kit i could find and already has the mufflers i wanted, also shipped really fast.

if your in the market for one, this is a good deal. i approve.

With the header I sold you, that exhaust is gonna sound seriously sweet! Be sure to post a sound clip if you can.

Thats crazy... I expected a cheap kit that just had the side exits in front of the rear tire. That kit gives you a over the axle pipes and an H pipe. :P

What kinds of bends does it use, mandrel or crush bends? Looks like mandrel to me but the picture is small.

Will this kit work on a '62 Falcon?

That is a really good deal. It would cost me nearly that much in materials alone to fabricate that kit.

theyre mandrel bent.

im sure you can make it work, it would probably take some modification, but you have to modify it anyways.

supposedly the 65/66 mustang tail pipes are 3in to short. but thats fixable.

I got my set from summit pretty much the same kit as I look at yours. The only thing I had a problem with was the clearance between the axle andfloorpan. If I mounted it with good clearance for each they pipes would be real off in the back of the car. If I made them look pretty out back they would hit the pan. I eventually bent them with a torch. :P

For a Mustang?

I wouldn't mind putting a decent exhaust system on my '61 Falcon.

I almost pulled the trigger on that same kit. that is a very good price.

after shopping around though, I had a local shop do a true dual from the CI header through the GT valance. including tips. $345.00.
yes, it is more than the kit. but around $100.00 more to have it done....

I have to pick and choose my battles
