Will the clifford 6to1 header fit a 250 Mav with A/C?

it should, but if i was you i would see what mike has. i waited 6 months for my headers. Clifford is a bunch of crooks.

Clifford? They've proven to be erratic with supply times. Some people have got stuff almost the next day, others have waited months.
To further complicate this issue, inquiries about unfilled orders have at times been met with responses that haven't instilled confidence...
I am not sure if any of the headers AzCoupe sells would fit. The last bit of pipe which is more parallel to the floor, may end up too high on a 250 - either striking the firewall or floorpan braces. He will advise you as best he can, if you contact him.
250s may become more prevalent in older Fords over the next couple of years, so it could be that something rare now, is more common in the future.

My personal experience with Clifford has not been good. They shipped my order to someone else. The header gasket was rolled up in a square box. Most everything if not everything can be sourced to others that ship faster and charge less.
Unfortunately, we still don't have one that fits the 250ci, due to the low starters. We plan to do one soon, but right now all my money is tied up in the new valve covers, aluminum heads and intakes, and stocking in the new DUI dizzys. Plus, we started the pattern work on the big six head this week. I simply don't have enough funds to do everything all at once.
I thought about bringing in some from another manufacturer, but wasn't happy with the quality. So in the end, I decided to wait until I can make my own. We will try to have them by the end of summer, as well as dual roller chains, however I can't promise. I just keep hoping I'll hit the lottery someday.

I had an extremely horrible experience when I ordered a set of headers from clifford. After telling me that the money for my headers would not be charged to my credit card till the item was shipped, they immediately charged my card and after six weeks of calling and begging for my headers I was told that They COULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY!! I call my bank and my attorney and it still took three more weeks to get all my money back in two installments!
