but .... is the gas tank still at the rear of the Pinto? I remember a small problem with Pinto gas tanks and :bang:
 
Here's a side shot you can see where the Funnycar style part of the cage is around the driver. 2nd no the fuel tank is in the very front(2 gal Jaz prostock fuel cell.)

It's the same design as Falcons, Comets and Mustangs...so draw your own conclusions. :hmmm:

I had to write an Engineering Ethics term paper about the Ford Pinto last winter and I always thought about the Falcon I drove everyday and its tank position. :shock:
