Comparison photos of stock type adjustable vs non-adjustable

Greetings Ford Six Fans,

Does anyone perhaps have a spare non-adjustable, stamped steel, stock type rocker arm, as well as a stamped steel, stock type adjustable rocker arm lying around? If so, could you please take photos of them side by side, perhaps facing each other and lined up on the pushrod side, so I can visually compare the height of the pushrod side of each rocker arm?

Thanks

I just pulled the 144 out of the econoline and will be pulling the adjustable rocker assy out of it soon. I can do some comparison pics between it and the non adjustable I have off the 250 for you when I pull it.

@Econoline,

Thanks! That's exactly what I need!

Best pic I could manage with my phone. Hope it helps. In the picture I set the spring side of both rockers @ 1 1/2" off the table, centered the adjuster and measured 1 12/32" from the table to the bottom of the ball on the adjuster and just over 1 1/2" to the table on the non-adjustable rocker cup tips edge. There is about 1/4" of adjustment either way left in the adjuster on the adjustable rocker. Let me know if you need any more/other info. They are both cast but I think you just meant "stock" right?

@Econoline,

Thank you taking the time to take this photo. This gives me much more information than before.

If I interpret the photo correctly, the adjuster boss is raised (cast higher) on the adjustable rocker arm, compared to the non-adjustable rocker cup. Because of this, it looks to me that if the adjuster were at its "loosest" setting, maybe a cup and ball pushrod of the same length as a stock ball and ball pushrod would fit.

Thanks Again
Bob
