physically any exhaust manifold from any 144/170/200/250 will bolt up to your head. But the other side where the exhaust downpipe comes off may be different (larger) which isn't a problem if you are not against slightly modifying your exhaust downpipe. When you get a used manual also try and get a section of the downpipe, then take it to an exhaust shop, have them remove your stock downpipe and weld the larger one in place (provided it's still usable).
Of course the older the exhaust manifold you find the less you have to worry about. You can measure the downpipes until you find one that just fits also.
The only manifolds to stay away from are the early 80's ones that have a catalytic converter bolted right onto/into them.
