Damper Doctor balancer fail

Yah I installed it about a year ago, and I pulled the engine today for an unrelated issue.
Grabbed it and gave it a twitch and it practically fell apart.

While I know they have a 3 year warranty it is doubtful if I will reinstall a similar replacement from them.
It's time to step up to the high-performance ones that Mike sells.
I'm really surprised and disappointed at this.

Jackfish, i believe i saw a new damper 2 groove available at rock auto supply made by dorman. DORMAN Part # 594244 Double V-Belt; Diameter; 6-5/32"; Width: 2-15/32"; Weight (lbs.): 5.55. Also check out this dorman #594-273 it is a single groove.
Not the same quality as Mikes high performance dampers, but possible a better product than damper doctor.
