Hi Guys
probably another dumb question but is the small block distributor
inter-changeble with the 200ci L6?

there is one for sale on a local forum with a petronix kit fitted

The 144 170 200 250 are all considered small blocks, the 240 and 300 are the bigs at least as far as this forum.

The oil pump shaft is different on the early motors, Seems like it can be modified. Someone else will have to fill in the details and years.

Unless its a V8 small block. No way to get an 8 cylinder distributor to work on a six.
