All Small Six Do Mid-60s 200/1100 Snorkel & No Snorkel Air Cleaners Use The Same Bottom?

This relates to all small sixes

I've seen two basic types of mid 60s air cleaners on the Ford small sixes - one with a "snorkel" inlet sticking out of the side, and a plain round one with no snorkel. It draws air in from below, around the outside edge. Do they use the same bottom? I'm looking for a new (well, old used) bottom, and was wondering. Because if they're different diameters, it isn't by much.

The difference of the bottoms is determined by which carb / year it needed to fit. Early Holley carbs all used a clamping ring with long wingnut below bottom. Later Autolite/Motocraft, Carter (1100, YFA, RBS...) etc used more familiar top cover wingnut. a Not sure offhand' of top diameters, few in barn somewhere.. .

Well, if you want specific, something to fit a 1966 Mustang 200 with an 1100 carb. Seems like the snorkel variety is more common, I've only noticed the no snorkel ones on 66 and 67 Mustang 200s. But it's Mustangs I'm usually looking at, so that doesn't mean much.

I have one meant for an autolite 1100. It is a snorkel one. She needs a thorough cleaning but very useable.
