DSII installed -- spark plug (dumb question)

Hi everyone,

I just installed a DSII and am wondering -- will my old spark plug wires work? They're 7.5 mm stock replacement autolite wires.

Also, I can't find the wiring harness between the dizzy and module, so I crimped female spade connectors onto the appropriately colored wires and plugged those in (at least until I get to the junkyard). Can I expect problems with arcing or worse, touching of the spade connectors?

Electrical tape or (better) heatshrink will stop any short circuits in the 12V supply. You may find the old plug wires have the wrong fitting at the cap end. Don't forget to open tthe gap a little compared to points settings.
