Exhaust manifold bolt size and pitch?

I am gong to swap my exhaust manifold on my 200, but I'd like to get new bolts first. What size are the bolts and what pitch are they? Thanks in advance for the help.

If you figure out a complete list, please post it to the ARP sticky (even though it is not ARP) it would be good to have in one place.
