Exhaust Manifold

Hi, first obstacle in my 250 build (let the education begin! - I found that the log exhaust manifold has part of the casting that surrounds the front lower bolt broken off. I've been able to find quite a few logs for the 200's but none so far for the 250.

Can I use the log exhaust manifold from a 200 on the 250? Are there any issues I should know about or things I need to do to adjust for the change (200 manifold on the 250)?

They are 100% interchangable.
Old ones have smaller openings than the later ones.
Measure the opening on yours, get one the same size.
Make note of the casting number on yours and try to get the same one, or one that is reasonably close in age.

if U can get a '70s one I think there's a lill more 'meat' on them than those from somewhere around mid/early 60s...
Some 1 else may pop up w/more presise info but if I had my druthers...Y not 70s.
