Just got the handbook yesterday and its outstanding . Being new to inline 6 s it opened my eyes to what I can and can't do with these motors. I know one of the authors posts on this list you guys did an outstanding job. BTW I ordered a offy 3x1 for the mustang. Let the madness begin maybe a duraspark and headers next !

How complicated is it to do that?

I would imagine the most complicated part would be tuning, assuming offy provides proper linkage to work with our current linkage. Well that and depending on if you machine it yourself or pay to get it done getting it machined.

Every time i see one of those tri powers it makes me imagine a tri power with glassbowl holleys and the single filters. That would look nice on a six.

I will take you up on that. I think the first problem will what carbs to use .

Ditto on the help if ya need it. The machining isn't hard at all-just intimidating when you think of taking a holesaw to your head. Measure thrice/cut once.

i have a hard enough time with one then again in the past i have owned vws and to me they are easy enough to tune.

just remember , when your done cutting holes in your head..bring it to a shop to be cleaned out...
