Well, not really,but it works. Since my '83 LTD came from the factory with idiot lights, I thought I add some guages to see how things are working. First I added a water temp and an oil pressure guage. Last week I tried to put in a tach, but it came with about 2 feet of wires. I ended up clamping it to the steering column and tucking the wires up under the dash temporarily. Finally tonight I had the ambition to get everything wired up. I picked up some trailer wire and butt connectors from work plus I did a little research on here just to be certain where everything went and took my time. Two hours later I had a working tach with no problems except for not having the lights on. Thanks guys for more helpful info...
