Finding a used Holley 350 questions

I was surfing eBay looking for a Holley 350 to swap onto my 68 200.

I see lots of race Holley 350s without a choke of any kind, some say they are modified for circle track racing, etc... I also see a lot of Holley 2 barrel carbs but can't tell what they flow 350, 500, 600?

What kind or type should I be looking for to put on my stock 200 for a slight performance increase.

Anyone have any tips on how to pick out a good 350?

If you're looking for a 350cfm I believe the model number is 7448 and the 500cfm is 4412.
