Looking to sell my 3.3L Inline 200 complete with accessories (Non-A/C) , Auto trans, and K-member , radiator, and fan, out of my 82 Fairmont. Keeping control arms and brakes. All stock with 70,xxx miles. Runs and shifts great, just doing a 5.0 swap. Will wait to remove until deposit is on it . Can come hear it run in person and will put on jack stands to shift through gears. Don’t want to take car out on salty roads. Car is NOT for sale.

Can you tell us if it is a high starter or a big bell low starter engine?

It’s a C5 trans so I believe it’s the big Bell Block correct?

I do not know about autos. Can you look and see if the starter is above the bottom of the block or is it mostly below the bottom of block, a good flashlight would help with this.

It depends on what you are doing.
If you have a big bell drivetrain, then you would need this. If you have the high mount drivetrain It would be no good.
The big bell is like the bottom 2/3 of the ford small block V8 bell-housing and you can mod them to fit, kind of.

With a big bell 200, you could install a V8 AOD transmission or almost any transmission from a SBF.
