Ratings are taken at 39 PSI but the 14# units on the 300 actually flow something on the order of 17# because of the higher pressure drop at which they operate.
Actual flow = Rated Flow x ( Actual Pressure/Rated Pressure)^0.5
For example
Actual Flow = 14#/hr. x (58 PSI / 39 PSI) ^0.5 = 17.07#/hr
