I have a 1968 200ci engine with a stock distributor, with the exception of Pertronix electronic ignition. *FlameThrower coil and Holley 2bbl carburetor*
The carburetor still refuses to cooperate. I have armed myself with a vacuum gauge. The directions tell me to connect the hose and gauge to the intake manifold. Alright, I can handle that, but what do I do with the vacuum hose I disconnected? Do I leave it alone?
Thanks,
Justin
P.S. The ex's dad got the carburetor tuned enough so that it does not stall and has slightly better acceleration, although, on the test drive he could smell that the carburetor was running rich (I drove past him).
