Ever since when I first got the motor running, I have heard a slight clatter(little louder than spark knock) at a certain RPM. Generally it is at a low RPM and doesn't go away after it warms up a little. Is this a problem or just regular lifter noises?
Also, how do I properly adjust the air/fuel mixture on the carb? I've tried setting the idle speed and it will only go to about 650 RPM (the manual says about 575 RPM) before it stalls and I was wondering if this has anything to do with it.
