All Small Six Harmonic Balancer separated

The outer and inner ring separated in some of my creative ideas for removing the main bolt. Is there a way to get the inner and outer ring back together?? The rubber middle ring is in good shape. OR do I need to buy a new one? I’m doing this with very little money so would rather spend the money elsewhere.... I also don’t have a lot of tools. Thoughts?
 
there's a cana gunk that we used ta 'remake' 'em. Don't think its around any more.
Involves burnin out the rest of the rubber in an ol barrel out bAck, etc, etc...
Getta new one, a junk yrd 1 U inspect to C is in OK shape & a Chiltons or Haynes and read as U R not rich and can ruin more parts if flyin by ur teeth...
 
D3 Yes you will need the get it rebuilt or else find another good used one. Good luck
