They have a listing for our sixes, expensive but if it is as good as they claim they may be worth it. Try remflex.com

Great find! The description of there material is very similar to the gasket material I used on my truck collectors and exhaust manifold at the head for the 200. The material I used was designed for Boilers with a stainless steal mesh center. This material never failed even with a deformed head and manifold surfaces of the 200. The problem was I had to cut this material to shape myself. Now that I am out, I have not been able to find a replacement, until now.

Thanks for the info; I will definitely be giving this a try.

I saw their booth at a local car show this year- I asked about a gasket for the 200 six exhaust and the guy told me that was actually their 1st application. He said he had been working with this material in non-automotive applications when a friend with a 200 six Mustang asked him if the material could be used to help him overcome a warped exhaust manifold surface that kept leaking. After that he expanded into other engines. The material itself was unlike anything I have ever worked with, it did seem to crush well and if it doesn't burn out then it would probably work well.

I didn't buy one at the time because I haven't had any exhaust leaking problems, but I kept his card for the future.
