Header Fitting Issue

Hey i have a 1968 Mustang with a 200 Ci engine. i am planning on replacing the old exhaust manifold with some dual outlet headers. the only problem is i have a stock a/c unit and, i have heard that i might need to do some re-adjusting to the A/c. I have seen instruction online about this problem but, i can't figure out where i saw it. and i have already searched this site about my problem and cant find anything. so any info will be greatly appreciated
