Home made 200 timing cover

So many questions. I’ve tried looking at your posts because I’d be surprised if you haven’t posted about your engine, but I can’t find the info.

Are you saying you have an additional plate mounted to your engine between the block and your timing cover that secures your engine to the frame/chassis?

I know you’re running beltless, so you don’t have V or Serpentine grooves on your damper, but I don’t see a snout either. Is in down in the cardboard or do you connect it some other way?
If you look on page 2 in the turbo forum there is a description and pics but they keep dropping off, I have been trying to keep them up but they keep dropping off and I am tired of it.
Yes that is best way to hold the engine in a racecar, the rubber motor mounts would fail, it also stiffens the chassis. Between the bell-housing and the block there is another plate that holds the rear of the engine to the chassis.
The steel crank hub is not bolted on in that pic.
