honed a 200 block, piston skirt scuffs

I just had my 200 block honed and the machinist showed me that one of the cylinders had some scuffing from the piston skirt, I think it will be ok since it is away from the comp ring area, what do you think? :hmmm:

What do the skirts look like? They usually are collapsed when they start scuffing the bores.

the skirts are a little scratched but look ok, I've decided to just have that cylinder sleeved, I dont want to bore it since i bought new pistons already

:hmmm: I would think the cylinder should be ok if it honed good, and it not were the rings travel. Good luck

I plan on putting a lot of stress on this engine, i was quoted 150 to sleeve it, I would of just bored it but i already had my new flat top pistons balanced, i should of machined the block first. :bang: oh well, its getting fixed and ill have one nice engine when im done.
