What are you using for gaskets on your Hooker Headers?. I called Holley / Hooker parts and was told they don't have stock or ship date for OEM Hooker Gskt's currently.

Napa stock at least have the spilt 3/4 gasket but don't fit well.

I was trying to find some copper to make a set

Any Ideas considered.

Finding copper is pretty easy, and remember to anneal it to make it softer and easier to work. Other than that I haven't seen the split gaskets anywhere.

Summit, caries the hooker header gasket in stock.

I don't have the part # in front of me, but if you call customer service they should be able to help you.

If not post a response & I will go to my parts supply above the garage & get you a hooker part number. William

The "REMFLEX" site looks interesting but the picture wasn't working for me.

The problem is the HOOKER Headers work best with the HOOKER gasket. Stock and other header gaskets are OK - most of the time. The older Headers I just got, are funky at the flange and I wanted OEM-Hooker 's for these. I will try Summit but they may drop ship Holley anyway.

PS- Anneal ? Ummm... Huh?.

Thanx

The HOOKER header gaskets mentioned by WsA11at Summit Racing are "stock port" and no pic. I believe these are stock OEM port like the NAPA's but I'll order a set to find out.

Powerband, the correct number to order from summit is HOK-10827HKR header gasket make by hooker. Hope that helps.

Thanks WSA 111,

I've ordered a set and we'll see what they look like. Summit did say it was back-prdered ( the correct number to order from summit is HOK-10827HKR header gasket )
