how do i adjust the air/fuel mixture on my carbuerator?

i have a ford 200ci in a 1972 ford maverick, i believe it's a motorcraft carb, not sure what model...any help?

Turn the air/fuel screw in or out.

That only adjusts the idle mixture.

In order to adjust the mixture at other points, you need to change the jet/jets.

However, unless you have modified it you shouldn't need to do that. The idle mixture screw will allow you to get your idle A/F dialed in.
