I currently have a Holley 1940 carb with hot air choke on my 1966 Mustang 200ci. I've been looking at the Weber 32/36 2v but all the ones I've found have the electric choke. How hard is it to convert from hot air choke to electric?
Thanks!

Its stupid easy. I ran a wire from the on side of my ignition switch directly to it because I already had the dash open. That carburetor is great btw especially with a dui ignition. The engine will sound way healthier.

Also the weber won't work with the load o matic distributor if you are still using that.

Electric is the way to go, unloads the choke much quicker than hot air.
See from your other thread you have HEI ignition with manifold advance. If you get the Weber, try the ported advance, you may like it better.

Thanks! I do have the DUI distributor and really like it.
