I've installed a hopped up 200 in my 67 convertible. The original owner had modified the intake log to accomodate 3 Carter YF's, but his installation was in a 66. My 67 hood will not allow the triple carb, so I have installed a 2bl. Weber. The car runs very lean. I suspect that the block-off plates I made for the front and rear carb locations are not sealing properly. As I said, definitely running lean. When I accelerate, it bogs down. At idle, I'm having to run beyond the idle circuit on the main jets. So, what is a safe way for me to locate where my vacuum leak is? I've checked the hoses, and they are not the problem.
