how would this turbo work on a 200?

Well without looking at a Map......
The turbine housing is too big for a 200. You won't get any boost out of it until 3500-4000rpm! (the rpm level is just a guess) But it'll definately take some time to make boost.
Look for something in the .58 to .69 A/R area for a TO4 turbo.

Buy this one instead....Master Power is a good name, and it has the correct size exhaust (.63A/R)

a T-60 would be a good size but you would need something like a .82 AR turbine housing to spool well.
