Tool & equipment rental places do. I know The place my family rents stuff from carries a large supply of different stuff. Last time we rented from them was a trencher (ditch witch) to run a new septic system for my grandmother. They carry hoists and stands too.

I would think about buying.

I looked renting. Going rate was about $50 a day. You'll need $100 minimum. I bought mine for $200. If I had rented, it would have cost me more because it ended up taking 3 days (or 2 attempts) to get the engine in the car.

Also, depending on how good the shape is after you are done, you can usually sell them on ebay for about $100-150.

I have a rule. If I have to borrow or rent something three times, I should probably buy it.

This rule does not apply to women, however.

Thanks guys. I dont know why i didnt think of that sooner.

Found a tool rental place that will rent one for $29 a day. I have to put it on my credit card, which is maxed out at moment. So I have to see if I can have my mother charge it on hers and pay her the cash.

Dangit..anothers day delay. And its supposed to rain for next 3 days.

Screw it it is supposed to be 70 and raining tomorrow. I can work in the rain, its only water.

IF IT AIN'T RAININ' ...THEN WE AIN'T TRIANIN'...OHHRAH!!!!!
