illinois machining prices and recomendations

i'm in central illinois and need an ideas of cost and where to get the head work i need done. i want to modify the head for triple carbs, milled, ported, polishing, and enlarged valves. what am i into for cost on this.

p.s. i want to do the triple carb w/out the offy adapter. flanges connected straight to the he log.

Let your fingers do the walking through the Yellow Pages for Machine Shops. Check with you local auto parts houses too. One or more of them might do custom machine work or they may know someone who does.

I had my 170 head done at mullivan (sp) in EP down by autozone I think it was. been a few years though. looking for any six parts? I have some I need to get rid off down in carbondale

yes i do need some. i have not got any yet. i still need a motor. i need a head as well.
