intake manifold ???

I have a 144 in my 60. Is there a manifold that is made for this engine that will accept dual carbs or even a larger carb, 2 bbl? Thanks

theres an offenhauser 3x1 adapter plate that lets you run 3 1bbl carbs out there, couldnt find the website.
