Jet Extension and Power Valve questions

If you're running a Holley 350 then you probably don't need extensions. Unless you have the float bowl facing to the rear of the car!
If it's in the normal position or the bowl facing the shock tower then you won't need them.
We have them only in the secondaries on our Holley 450 4bbl.

A high flow or standard flow PV will be fine. You're PVCRs will limit the flow amount anyway. Unless you drilled them much bigger, then the high flow PV will be required.
