Late 40's In-Line I6 Fuel Pump Kit?

Does anyone know if this exists? All kits are for V8 and it's impossible to get info regarding any rebuild kits for my 1948 Super Deluxe fuel pump. The diaphragm from the V8 kit doesn't quite fit, though all gaskets and valves do, but that could be a manufacturer issue. It sure seems like the fuel pumps are identical (V8 and I6) except for the rocker arms. Thanks!

I don’t have a solid answer but I’ve read that the diaphragm is cut to fit in a flexed position. When you lay it flat it appears like it won’t fit but actually does. I can’t say if this is the case with your application but it’s something to consider.

I know the diaphragm/ gasket for the Holley 1904 enrichment valve does exactly this. I just positioned it very carefully to prevent wrinkles and then tightened the cover.

Good luck

Thanks for the feedback, I just find it crazy no one actually makes a kit for the I6. Worst case, I may be able to make the diaphragm work, but the plunger will definitely be rotated a little off-center. Thanks!
