The recent talk on intakes is hitting right at home. The webber carb I had was basically shot. I tried overhauling it using all the existing gaskets because I couldn't find a kit here for it. I found the local guys at OZone and ORielly's to be of little help even in finding a suitable Holley replacement/Equivalent. So, I found this intake other intake which is supposed to be off of an old speedway car. It's modified for a holley.

It looks like it aught to work well. I found an old Holley in the shed, found a kit and rebuilt it. I'll post a pic of the carb once I figure out how. The intake will require a small dent in the valve cover. I also am wondering if I will face hood clearance problems as well being it's a little taller. So I am down to using this intake or just waiting for the four barrell intake I just bought to arrive. Here's the other intake. What do you think?
