motor help

i need help
i have a 1971 250 motor has a cracked block
i bought a motor out of a 1977 250 out of a granada
my 71 has a 1 wire distrib. the 77 has a 3 wire
can i switch theese out?
anything else i need to do?

All 250's should have same size distributor hole so not a problem. Its only on the early small sixes that had a small distributor hole.
