HI ALL
Well I think I scored a good tranny.. Only $75.00 it came with the plate, fly wheel, prusher plate, clutch disc & bell housing supost to only have about 70,ooo miles on it. Its out of a 71 Mavirck but the code on the tranny say's its a 68 it I'm readingit wright.. Heres the numbers can someone enlighten me on its perticulars..

7006 With a large B beside those two numbers
Then 9L14 which looks like it was screwed into the mold
and then the letters DIF and the letters AF on the tranny also..
I'm guessing its a 303 as it is heaver duty then the little one I took out.
Now the carb I have I thought was a Holly/Weber but its not its a Motorcraft off a 2.3 Well It work ok on my 200 or should I look for something else. I'm not looking for performance but econome.. Heres the numbers off it..
D42E AA and a A3K8 or B not sure..
