I remember someone looking for the base info for peoples H/W 5200 carbs so here is what I found in mine. This is the DFAV which is the reverse of what most people are using but worked better for me with the linkage on the valve cover side.
Venturi's are stamped 26 primary and 27 secondary
Main jets P = 132 S= 150
Emulsion tubes P= 16 S= 15
Air corrector Jets P & S= 180
Now heres the interesting one, all the pics show the Idle Circuit having 2 pieces, The cap and then the idle jet (14, 14A, 15). Mine doesn't seem to be that way, I have what looks like the Emulsion tube attached to the cap and it doesn't look like it comes apart.
I have the 200 with a 78 head, 250 cam, headers, milled 60 tho, Electronic Ign. and basicly a fresh motor. Any ideas on where to go with the jetting and what to do with the Idle Circuit?? I deffenitly have a low RPM stumble and would like to upsize the Idle circuit and was wondering if others have run into a different setup there.
Thanks, Steve
