Mike, My guess on HP is more than you can use. Unless you're taking the back seat out and installing 17" x 36" promod tires - better stick to 3.00 gears - turbo'd torque with that stroke will be unreal.

I'm curious as to how the MAP sensor hooks up (works) with the individual throttle blades. Small line tying them all together or just one?

Mike,
It's not purdy......IT'S DROP DEAD BEAUTIFUL

I'm guessing it's fuel injected.

Man, I'd love to have a setup like that. Just with a chrome valve cover and air cleaner, yellow plug wires and being a six cylinder mine turns a few heads at shows but MAN that thing would probably turn heads and create intense confuzzlement.

It looks so different from factory, but it's so clean and uncluttered at the same time.

Sort of like a wolf in sheep's clothing...but the sheep has more charming and pure looks than the others.

Oops! I was dazzled by the brilliance of your set-up. On closer inspection, I see the answer to my question is in the pictures.

Whole 'nother level! Damn Mike, I'm blown away.
I love the fuel injection set-up. Wouldn't you like my freshly painted kustom to showcase that in? Keep up the motivation, keep us updated and give us some time to start writing checks.

HORSEPOWER?? my guess is 0 horsepower, it wont make any at all, especially with no crankshaft. I know I know its not finished yet, beautiful job there.
Remember i want to be the first in Australia with an alloy 2v turbo`d.

Horsepower. Well normally aspirated with a reasonable streetable cam in it I would go between 300 to 350 horsepower. This gives a horsepower to cubic inch ratio of between 1.1 and 1.3, pretty darn good for a streetable car and it makes your car a muscle car. I know this estimate is lower than the others but it is for a non turbo with a mild cam (anOZ250 block stroked to 273 cubes, forged crank, rods, pistons, the new aluminum head, triple TBI injection, header and flow master mufflers) and as such would be a joy to drive.

This is also one good looking engine. A lot of attention has been shown to details. Congrats on an excellent build up. I look forward to Dyno numbers.

I wanna be like Mike!

It's really comforting to know that some of us that have some resources and proper knowledge, put it to good use! All I can say Mike is WELL DONE! In this day and age of cookie cutter crate engines I'm sure, no I'M POSITIVE your engine display will be a real eye opener. Good luck at SEMA Sir, go and KNOCK 'EM DEAD!

Very nice indeed... Ill take 2 LOL !!!
I just wish that SEMA had a weekend day so I could go.. its only about 6 hrs from where I live.

verry nice intake , i love it ,

a man with some good idee,s and working them out , thx for giving some 6 inline guys the goods for the 6 banger, keep up the good work , whe need that !

I LOVE IT(sorry I'm late....... ..)! Amazing! What MORE can you really say about it? I LOVE it  !! OO6.

Mike,

That is an awsome display. I agree that the alum head would have been killer, but it looks like you could do very well without it. I saw HP estimates between 400 and 500 hp. Could we get an estimate oh hp with the alum head added to your setup? Could we be looking at 600, maybe 700 hp?
Mike, I was impressed with your products before this, now you've gone and blown my mind. Keep up the great work.

BTW: Until our house in phoenix sells, I will need to put the mustang on the back burner, except for maybe some small projects.

I looked through 3 dictionaries and a couple thesariouses(sp) and could only find 1 word to fit--excellant--.
Clean and exotic also come to mind.

now you've gone and blown my mind

After talking with Magnuson at the SEMA show, how about changing that statement to this. "Now you've gone and blown my motor" :D :D :D

Then go and blow the socks off the V8 crowd, and their minds.

While driving home today, I came up with two more ideas. Both will work with the inlines, and with V8s. I'm going to start working on the rough sketches tomorrow, but can't give them away yet. Both are very simple ideas and I can't imagine why I or someone else didn't think about it before. Very cool items. 8) 8) Don't ya just hate it when someone says guess what, then doesn't tell ya. :)
