FleaBay special I picked up for $35. The pedestals don't match the ones I have from my 200 or 250. They're thought to be from either a 170 or 232. Thoughts?

Rats. I was gambling on them being from a 170. Pretty sure the 223 ratio is shorter than the 200/250. Guess I might have a part to sell. The shipping cost almost as the part. Figured that a $57 investment was worth it if it panned out. It's a shame cause these are purty

Mystery solve, me thinks. I believe these to be roughly 1.5 rockers from a Ford 172. A tractor 6.

All the 3.60" stoke stuff was deep skirt related I and Y block related. The I6 had a different bore spacing to the nominal 4.40" bore spacing Y block (not 4.375"). The 3.62 bore x stroke 3.60" 223, 3.718 bore X stroke 4.03" 262 were related to it.

Basically the 3.90" bore x stroke 3.60" 172 was a 462.5 thou overbored NAA Jubiliee Tractor 134 four cylinder. The engine was made in six cylinder 201 six and 256 cid form as well. Vane or piston pump sat where the I6 starter motor was. Cool engines.
