NEED 300 REBUID INFO

I really need some help!!!!! I am going to start a rebuild on my 87 300 six cylinder very soon, I have tried to find some rebuild specs, as far as torque specs, do's and dont's does anyone know if there is a rebuild manual available, I have checked with chiltons,haynes,bishko,faxon, no one seems to have one. I have rebuilt a couple of vee 8's before, but I have never done a, inline rebuild>

Any Ideas??

my chilton's has the rebuild info in it...
torque specs and all

I knew that the owner's manual had some info in it, but i was hoping to find something with a lot more in depth info. I want to make sure I do this rebuild right.
