Need a SoCal Mechanic who can swap 170/3speed to 200/C-4

I'm in Los Angeles and have a 64 falcon convertible with a 170 3 speed column manual.

I need to find a SoCal mechanic who can help me with this project.

I've accumulated the parts to do a 200 c4 conversion with a column shift,
but I need to do this job a.s.a.p. and as economically as possible. (should I just swap the trans, leave the existing column and do a Lokar floor shifter?)

That said, I'd also like to do this job right and give the car the best possible resale value.

Any thoughts, suggestions, referrals are appreciated.
